Afp 41 cart

cart display's users items using mock data. No REDUX used - just mock json. Next logical step to expand functionality in this component is to complete [AFP-45] which adds Update and Delete functionality to existing cart items. Also, we need to complete [AFP-41] in order to add cart items in the backend. Completing this will remove reliance on MOCK data

Check out, review, and merge locally
